The Sustainability Committee’s purpose is to devise Yapı Kredi's sustainability strategy and policies in economic, social and environmental areas, integrating these strategies and policies into business processes and monitoring sustainability performance.
The committee convenes at least four times a year, with additional meetings held as needed.
Yapı Kredi's sustainability issues are addressed by the Corporate Communication Management Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility Unit, in coordination with Sustainability Working Groups that include the relevant management, and the Bank's sustainability actions are implemented accordingly.
